How do I book a service with Mr Handy Guy?
Book online 24/7 with our secure scheduler. Enter your ZIP code, choose your service, and pick a time. You’ll receive a text and email confirmation with your technician’s name and arrival window.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — you can reschedule online any time via your confirmation link or cancel up to 42 hours before the appointment.
Do I have to be home?
Recommended but not required. Provide clear instructions and be reachable by phone. If you arrange secure access, your tech can complete the job and send before/after photos and notes.

Pricing & Estimates

How is pricing determined?
Most services are flat-rate by task type and complexity. TV mounting starts around $139. Larger installs and smart-home projects are quoted individually—always transparent, never hidden.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For multi-room or complex projects, select “Quote Request – Estimate” when booking and upload photos or videos. We’ll review and send a written estimate or call you directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and contactless digital payments through our secure platform. Your card is charged after service completion—no cash needed.

Specialty, Niche & Commercial Installs

Our skill set enables us to complete complex mounts on any surface — brick, concrete, plaster, tile, or metal studs. We handle niche mounting and full commercial installations for restaurants, bars, gyms, offices, and retail spaces.
Do you provide specialty hardware?
Yes. As a dealer-installer, we stock and source professional-grade mounts, anchors, raceways, cable management, surge protection, and AV hardware. If your job isn’t standard, we can review ahead or on-site and supply a custom quote.
